Chest Circumference:
Measure the front chest area using a measuring tape as shown in the image.Multiply the measurement by 2 to obtain the full chest circumference.
Waist Circumference:
Measure the front waist area using a measuring tape as shown in the image. Multiply the measurement by 2 to obtain the full waist circumference.
Length:
Place the measuring tape at the highest point of the Top (shoulder) and extend it to the bottom hem, as shown in the image.
